About CPAPtoThailand & our methodology

CPAPtoThailand helps shoppers in Thailand buy CPAP machines and supplies from trusted US online retailers at the best landed price — transparently, with optional local support after arrival.

What we do

We track the prices that leading US online CPAP retailers charge, add transparent international logistics to Thailand, and present clear side-by-side tables so you can buy from the seller with the best landed deal. We do not sell equipment, process payments, or provide medical care — purchases are completed on the retailer’s own site, and after-arrival services are delivered by local partners.

How we collect prices

For each product we record, from every retailer we track: the current listed price, US handling/shipping, stock availability, and the date of the refresh.

How landed totals are calculated

We add an international logistics rate (which depends on the product) to each seller’s price and handling. The result is the landed total to Thailand that you see in the table:

Landed total = US price + US handling + international logistics
The lowest in-stock landed total earns the “Best price” badge automatically.
Out-of-stock offers are marked and moved to the bottom.

Logistics rates for the demo are sample figures; in production they reflect current freight costs to Thailand.

Customs duties & taxes

Landed totals cover price, handling, and logistics. Any customs duties or taxes assessed in Thailand are separate and are handled through our after-arrival service — often under a personal-use exemption for prescribed devices. Requirements can change; our local partners confirm the current process.

How we rank — and what we don’t do

Rankings are by price only. We never accept payment, commission, or any incentive in exchange for a higher ranking or placement. An affiliate relationship with a retailer has no effect on where it appears in our tables.

If two sellers tie on landed total, we list them in a stable, consistent order. We don’t hide cheaper sellers we don’t earn from.

How often data updates

Prices refresh on a daily cadence, and every comparison shows a visible “Last updated” date. For this demonstration, the data is sample pricing dated today.

Prices and logistics can change at any time. Always confirm the final cost at checkout before purchasing.

How we earn

CPAPtoThailand is free for shoppers. When you click through and buy, the retailer may pay us an affiliate commission, and optional after-arrival services may carry their own fees. Neither changes our price-based rankings. See our full affiliate disclosure.
