What drives CPAP pricing

If you’ve noticed the same machine listed at different prices across retailers, you’re not imagining it. A few factors explain most of the variation.

1. Base price and promotions

Retailers set their own margins and run their own sales cycles, which is why daily tracking is useful.

2. Shipping and international logistics

Some retailers include US shipping in the headline price; others add handling at checkout. On top of that, getting the device to Thailand adds international logistics. CPAPtoThailand compares the landed total (price + handling + logistics) so the ranking reflects what you’ll actually pay delivered.

3. Bundles and what’s in the box

One listing might be the machine alone while another includes tubing, a filter, or a starter mask. Check what a bundle contains before assuming two prices are comparable.

4. Stock and demand

Availability moves prices. We mark out-of-stock items so you don’t chase an unavailable deal.

5. Duties and taxes

The landed totals we show cover price, handling, and logistics. Any customs duties or taxes assessed in Thailand are separate and are handled through our after-arrival service, often under a personal-use exemption for prescribed devices.

The bottom line

Compare landed totals, check what’s included, and confirm the final number at checkout — prices and logistics can change between our last refresh and your purchase.
